What we collect: what you enter yourself in the request form: your name, contact number, email, service city, journey details and passenger count. Also what you send us directly on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, such as your company name, VAT number or travel plan file.

How we use it: the data you enter is used only to prepare your request. It appears in a WhatsApp message to MASAR VIP and is shared only to the extent necessary with the transport company operating your journey.

What we do not do: this site uses no cookies, tracking tools or advertising, and we do not sell your data or share it for any purpose other than fulfilling your request. If any website measurement tool is approved in the future, this page will be updated before it is enabled.

Invoices: the transport company operating your journey issues the tax invoice, and billing data is subject to its regulations.
